Multisensory Space

From 25 to 29 November, the training week took place at the Multisensory Space hosted by Laurea in Vantaa, Finland.

The multisensory method involves engaging multiple senses—sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell—to create a richer, more immersive experience. By building such environments, learners look for the important core of concepts and themes and, on the other hand, link emotions to learning. At Laurea, the method has been used since 2007, particularly as a tool for learning about diversity and encounters.
