Ihmiskauppa on globaalinen ongelma, joka on kasvanut muuttoliikkeen ja matkustamisen lis\u00e4\u00e4ntyess\u00e4. Ihmiskaupan perimm\u00e4isen\u00e4 syyn\u00e4 pidet\u00e4\u00e4n ihmisten v\u00e4list\u00e4 ep\u00e4tasa-arvoa. Ihmiskaupan uhrien auttaminen on vaikeaa, sill\u00e4 aina henkil\u00f6\u00e4 ei tunnisteta ihmiskaupan uhriksi eik\u00e4 h\u00e4n v\u00e4ltt\u00e4m\u00e4tt\u00e4 itsek\u00e4\u00e4n tunnista olevansa uhri. Ihmiskaupan ilmenemismuodot ovat esimerkiksi seksuaalinen \u2013 ja ty\u00f6voiman hyv\u00e4ksik\u00e4ytt\u00f6, pakkoavioliitot, elinkauppa sek\u00e4 alaik\u00e4isiin kohdistuva ihmiskauppa. Rikollisj\u00e4rjest\u00f6jen yksi nopeimmin kasvavasta tulonl\u00e4hteist\u00e4 on ihmiskauppa.
