<\/p>\n

La lutte contre la traite des \u00eatres humains est socialement importante dans la mesure o\u00f9 la traite des \u00eatres humains est une criminalit\u00e9 cach\u00e9e et la d\u00e9noncer est largement utile \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. En Finlande, le syst\u00e8me national d'assistance aux victimes de la traite des \u00eatres humains propose un programme de formation r\u00e9gulier et continu \u00e0 l'intention des parties prenantes, des ONG et d'autres op\u00e9rateurs du secteur, ce qui a accru la sensibilisation au sujet, favoris\u00e9 la d\u00e9tection des cas et facilit\u00e9 l'identification des victimes. Cette organisation publie \u00e9galement chaque ann\u00e9e son rapport annuel.<\/p>\n

Malheureusement, selon le rapport annuel 2023, le nombre de victimes de la traite des \u00eatres humains en Finlande reste \u00e9lev\u00e9. Le travail forc\u00e9 est la forme de traite des \u00eatres humains la plus courante. Les clients \u00e9taient de 35 nationalit\u00e9s.<\/strong> Les domaines de travail forc\u00e9 comprenaient la cueillette de produits sauvages (32%), les fermes de baies (24%), les restaurants (13%), le nettoyage (11%), le bien-\u00eatre (4%) et les serres (4%).<\/p>\n

\u00c0 la fin de l'ann\u00e9e 2023, le NAS comptait au total 1 563 clients, dont 1 287 \u00e9taient des victimes identifi\u00e9es et 276 leurs enfants mineurs. Parmi toutes les victimes, il y avait 19 enfants. Environ 60% de toutes les victimes \u00e9taient des femmes. Parmi tous les clients du NAS, pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (48%) \u00e9taient des victimes du travail forc\u00e9. 26% ont \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes d\u2019exploitation sexuelle et 20% ont \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes de mariage forc\u00e9.
L\u2019exploitation li\u00e9e au travail viole Lois du travail finlandaises<\/strong> et d'autres lois nationales, telles que le droit p\u00e9nal. De plus, l\u2019exploitation par le travail implique toujours une criminalit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re. Les victimes du travail forc\u00e9 n'ont pas le droit habituel de refuser une t\u00e2che donn\u00e9e, et la victime est dans une position vuln\u00e9rable.<\/strong>
\u00ab Lorsqu\u2019on exploite des salari\u00e9s, l\u2019objectif est toujours d\u2019en tirer un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice financier. Cela fausse la concurrence en donnant un avantage injustifi\u00e9 aux entreprises qui exploitent les personnes en situation de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9. Combattre l\u2019exploitation par le travail<\/strong> a une signification importante pour notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et notre \u00e9conomie. Le syst\u00e8me national d'assistance fait progresser la pr\u00e9vention du crime et aide les victimes des crimes \u00bb, explique la directrice adjointe Katri Lyijynen, du syst\u00e8me national d'assistance aux victimes de la traite des \u00eatres humains. Elle poursuit : \u00ab Il peut y avoir un lien de dette entre l'employeur et le salari\u00e9, des menaces de violences, d'expulsion ou de d\u00e9nonciation aux autorit\u00e9s. En outre, la libert\u00e9 personnelle de la victime peut \u00eatre restreinte. Souvent, ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tromp\u00e9s sur les conditions de travail. Le salaire n\u2019est souvent pas appropri\u00e9 ou correctement pay\u00e9.
