Ei-l\u00e4nsilaistaustaisten ty\u00f6tt\u00f6myysaste (6,0 prosenttia) on korkein Alankomaissa (Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek, 2021).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Motiivit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ihmisill\u00e4 on erilaisia syit\u00e4 ja motiiveja tulla asumaan Alankomaihin. Esimerkiksi ty\u00f6per\u00e4iset maahanmuuttajat tulevat Alankomaihin t\u00f6ihin ja opiskelusiirtolaiset suorittavat koulutusta Alankomaissa. EU-lain mukaan kaikki EU\/EFTA-kansalaiset voivat ty\u00f6skennell\u00e4 EU-maassa ilman ty\u00f6lupaa (Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek, 2023a).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Syyt Alankomaihin muuttamiseen voivat vaihdella sen mukaan, mist\u00e4 siirtolainen tulee. Taloudellinen kest\u00e4vyys keskittyy Alankomaiden hallituksen terveydenhuoltoalalla maksamiin kuluihin. V\u00e4est\u00f6tilanne ja teknologinen kehitys huomioon ottaen terveydenhuoltomenojen odotetaan kasvavan tulevaisuudessa talouskasvua nopeammin.&nbsp;<\/p><p>N\u00e4in ennustaa Alankomaiden hallitus (RIVM) alustavassa tutkimuksessaan. Terveydenhuollon menojen ennustetaan kasvavan keskim\u00e4\u00e4rin 2,8 prosenttia vuodessa vuoteen 2060 asti, kun koko talouden volyymikasvu on 1-1,5 prosenttia.
